If you bring forth what is within you,
what you bring forth will save you;
If you do not bring forth what is within you,
what you do not bring forth will destroy you.

Deep Memory Process
We do not become enlightened by imagining figures of Light
but by making the darkness conscious.
- Carl Jung
Deep Memory Process, developed by Roger Woolger, Ph.D.,
is a form of past life regression that has proven to be remarkably effective in the process of personal transformation.
Many limiting fears, phobias, complexes and issues can be traced to "unfinished business" from present or past life memories that lie hidden in the psyche.
By regressing to the original cause of the mental-emotional-somatic problem, one can release the core blockages or shutdown points
where healing can then occur spontaneously.
Deep Memory Process (DMP) integrates psychodrama, Reichian body awareness, Jungian perspectives,
Gestalt, spiritual psychology, and shamanic work into a process of unfolding, in the way a flower unfolds its petals, or a butterfly unfolds its wings,
when the causes and conditions are right.
DMP can be used as an exclusive therapy for specific challenges, and it also works well in conjunction
with other ongoing therapies to uncover new material which can be processed with your own therapist. This work is especially effective with those on a
chosen path of healing and spiritual unfoldment, including elders.
How Does it Work?
A typical DMP session lasts about two hours, which includes adequate time for integration and processing.
Usually a series of 4-6 sessions is recommended, but occasionally radical changes can occur in only one or two sessions.
Beginning with issues you wish to clarify and heal, you have an opportunity to:
- Identify limiting mental and emotional scripts
- Recognize core issues or complexes that are running your life
- Explore unresolved traumas from present or past lives
- Develop awareness of deep memories carried in the body
- Become aware of unwanted ancestral patterns and influences
- Recover and heal wounded soul fragments
- Release unwanted mental, emotional, and somatic patterns
- Own parts of yourself that you have rejected (your "shadow")
- Open to deeper resources within yourself
- Find the many-chaptered story of your soul's evolution
If you're interested in experiencing a Deep Memory Process session, call or email Eva to schedule a
free half-hour consultation. She will explore your unique situation and help you clarify the issues you'd like to address during a session.
If, after the consultation is completed, you feel that this approach would not be helpful, then there is no further commitment.
If you do feel that a DMP session would be helpful, Eva can schedule a time for you to meet.
